but still, i can't shake the feeling that it's difficult to tell what the picture even is at first glance. i figure the composition itself is okay, but just that the eye gets confused while looking at rainbow (but alas, i cannot say for sure because i am not a viewer from the outside)

oh and what starter should i get for black 2? i'm leaning pretty heavily toward tepig (i almost dont want to because i think he's picked by most people, but i can't stand the way serperior looks and samurott isn't really impressing me either)
Tepig is a nice, well rounded Pokemon. It has even Physical and Special attack, but the move sit learns naturally are not very impressive. Heat Crash is really badass but it doesn't work well on heavy Pokemon, and it takes a long time to learn Flame thrower. It has limited fighting moves, and Brick Break is a difficult TM to get, as you must win Battle Points in an in-game tourney. Snivy is a badass and my personal favorite. They prioritize speed, so they can hit hard and fast, and they have pretty great moves. I don't know about Oshawott since I've never really raised one, but Razor Shell is a great move, and Surf is always handy.
TL;DR Snivy is my favorite, but follow your heart.
